Cathy Carrillo to emcee Celebrate Nashville

Cathy Carrillo is a Nashville Native, Mom, Community Organizer, and the Metro Human Relations Commission’s Director of Community Engagement. She has worked in the non-profit and grassroots spaces for 10 years and is excited to bring her experiences and strength of including diverse voices to the Metro Human Relations Commission. Her experience with diverse immigrant communities in Nashville guides the work she does to ensure to protect and promote the personal dignity the peace, safety, security, health, and general welfare of all people in Nashville and Davidson county.

Metro Parks' Centennial Art Center hosts the “Get Cultured!” international artist exhibit

Centennial Art Center’s annual international artist exhibit, Get Cultured, celebrates Nashville’s diversity. This exhibit is a prelude to the Celebrate Nashville Cultural Festival.
