A Note About Zoom Classes

Before Class:
  1. If you haven’t already, please download the Zoom app on your device which can be found at https://zoom.us/download.
  2. Register in advance for the class by clicking: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZwrdO6oqTkuHN1mtAJp1-cyK2Rl7y_g1wx4
  3. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing the actual class link and password.
  4. At the time of class, click the class link sent in the confirmation e-mail. When you join, expect to be placed in the waiting room while we wait for other students to arrive.
  5. Take note of the “Gallery View” or “Speaker View” located in the top right corner of your screen. You can also highlight the teacher by hovering over the top left corner of the teacher’s screen and clicking the pushpin icon.
  6. You can mute or unmute yourself or turn your video on or off by clicking the microphone and camera icons in the corner of your screen. Please mute yourself during exercises to minimize background noise for the other participants.
